Between late August and early September, our garden offers a wide variety of local crops, recovered through field research among farming families who for generations have preserved and handed down ancient seeds, which are increasingly threatened today by the logic of mass food distribution. This is a work that we have been carrying out with dedication and care over the past year, and which we now want to share with our guests.
